There is a you tube video that shows evidence that Quick Response and Recovery Towing Company is preying on residents and non-residents at the Autumn Lakes Subdivision:

Zebulon Town Ordinances are clear that all subdivisions must have street signs that meet NC DOT standards.
Also, Wake County is one of the few counties that are covered by anti-predatory towing laws.
Hence, the request is to terminate the towing license of Quick Response and Recovery Towing, and to close the corporation due to illegal practices.
This is a plea for the Wake County DA to go ahead and start a criminal investigation.
